ONE :: god-modding and power-playing Don't do it. Please. No one likes it when someone has a character who is invincible or someone who takes control over other's characters. If you're confused on what these two terms mean, send me a message and I'll gladly explain them. I don't bite.
TWO :: maturity There's no problem with mature content(including swearing, both IC and OOC) being on this site, as long as it is kept within the Proboards Terms of Service. If anything goes beyond PG-13, though, a warning in the topic title is required.
THREE :: post content There's a spell check button almost directly next to the post message button. Use it, please. And try to write at the best of your grammatical abilities. I understand that English may not be someone's first language, but even so, they must try. Also, please try to post about the same amount as the person you are replying to as a minimum, out of respect.
FOUR :: civility && respect Please be decent to each other. Fake fights, like pillow fights, are fine and all, but keep all real arguments elsewhere. And respect everyone, particularly the staff. They are the law, after all, around here, and if you don't respect them, they could, eventually, ban you. So be nice :]
FIVE :: characters You can have as many characters as you can handle. If they aren't all active, you should cut down. If you don't want them deleted, let me know and I'll make an adoption board. You must have one account per character, though.
SIX :: timeline This is an alternate universe Stargate roleplaying game, based just after the founding of Atlantis. So, just after Lockdown for SG-1 and after Hide and Seek. However, unlike in the series, Colonel Jack O'Neill remains a member SG-1(not taking command of the SGC), and, much to everyone's annoyance, Richard Woolsey is in command until a replacement for Dr. Weir, now on Atlantis, can be found.
